Employment
Our employed counsellors are paid hourly to provide counselling services on a full-time basis. Our employees receive full administrative support, annual professional development allowance, healthcare benefits, and ongoing clinical support from the partners of ACS. This is an ideal position for a Psychologist/Provisional Psychologist/Clinical Social Worker who may be interested in private practice, but would like the stability of a steady income, with clinical support and benefits, without all the logistics of running their own private practice.

We love working at ACS, and have worked hard to create a positive and respectful team environment to provide excellent counselling services to the community. We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive, collaborative staff environment where our counsellors are able to continue to learn and grow in their professional career.
Our clinic has a welcoming reception area, with a full-time administrative team that handles appointment bookings, billing, administrative support, and day-to-day office needs. Our staff meets regularly as a team for clinical consults and professional development opportunities.
