Suzanne Sheppard

Registered Clinical Social Worker

Hello, my name is Suzanne, Finding the right therapist is like finding the right pair of shoes…one size doesn’t fit all. When you find the right fit you feel comfortable, sturdy, strong and supported. You know they will aid you on your journey.

My therapeutic style is very organic and client centered. I will provide a safe space for your story to be heard; and I will offer perspective and guidance in order to help you to heal, grow and evolve into the best version of yourself. I truly believe that everyone has all of the answers they need within them. Sometimes people cannot see, feel, hear or realize what is right in front of them. I will help you to see and feel things more clearly by asking different questions, important ones. Together we can change the patterns of your past that are holding you back. When we know and understand things from a different perspective, it enables us to perceive things in a different light and become unstuck.

I will help empower you to achieve happiness, self love, mental/emotional/physical/spiritual awareness and trust in yourself.

I am a mother of two school aged children and I live an active and healthy lifestyle.
