Couples Counselling - Psychological Services
Couples counselling, also known as relationship counselling, is a form of therapy designed to help partners identify and address behaviours or patterns that may be negatively affecting their relationship. Through open communication and guidance from one of our Psychologists at Associates Counselling Services, couples can gain insight into their relationship dynamics and work together to improve their connection. The ultimate goal is to foster a deeper understanding of any harmful patterns and develop healthier ways of relating to one another.
