Hello! I have worked in the mental health field since 2010 as a Mental Heath Therapist and as a Registered Psychologist since 2017. During that time, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals, across the lifespan, with a variety of presenting concerns.
My intent, as a Registered Psychologist, is to help people with a range of physical, emotional and behavioural concerns alleviate feelings of distress and improve overall well-being. In session, I come from a person-centered approach, which focuses on strengths and utilizes empathy and genuineness to help promote well-being. Additionally, I integrate various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioural therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches.
